Cloud area. You will provide high-quality nursing care in home and respite settings with a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, and developing individualized care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota (MN).
• Experience in private duty/home care or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the Nurse Administrator.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
