Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Maine seeks a PRN Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight for residential teams working with brain injury and neurological conditions. This role emphasizes consultation, medication review, and as-needed nursing support in home-like residential settings.

The RN will travel between Brewer and Rockland as needed, offering guidance to staff and ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met. A flexible, patient-centered approach is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related health field OR RN from an accredited two-year program.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, sit, and walk for periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring safety, quality, and compassion.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per protocols.
