Job summary

A Compassionate Choice Home Care, LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a compassionate, dependable RN to join our small but growing agency on a PRN/Part-Time basis. The RN will conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, caregiver training, and support operations.

As Alternate Administrator-in-training, you will assist with quality assurance, compliance, and administrative tasks, with travel to client homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nevada RN license.
• RN license in good standing.
• Home care, home health, senior care, long-term care, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with caregivers, CNAs, or PCAs is a plus.
• Dependable, organized, professional, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn home care administration and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RN client assessments and reassessments.
• Perform supervisory and follow-up visits.
• Assist with client service plans and monitor client needs.
• Provide nursing guidance and support to caregivers.
• Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and competency evaluations.
• Review client/caregiver documentation for quality and completeness.
• Assist with quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and agency staff.
• Assist with policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Assist the Administrator with agency operations as needed.
• Serve as Alternate Administrator when needed.
• Assist with state surveys, audits, and compliance matters as appropriate.
