Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Williams Bay, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, building flexible daytime schedules while delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in PTA, an active state license, and at least one year of experience preferred. You will educate patients, document progress, and update treatment plans as part of a collaborative rehab team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current unencumbered PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
