Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our flexible PRN team in Superior, Wisconsin. The role supports licensed physical therapists, implements treatment plans, and educates patients on home exercises.

The position emphasizes autonomy within supervision, with daytime PRN shifts and a commitment to quality patient care in Twin Ports Health Services. Prior PTA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associat e Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
