Job summary

CareCore at Willowood in Brunswick, OH is seeking a dependable PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. The role focuses on short-term rehab and long-term care residents with flexible PRN scheduling.

The PTA will provide treatments under a supervising PT, assist with weekend admissions, and maintain Monday coverage and PTO support. Net Health documentation and collaboration with rehab and nursing teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio PTA license.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible and reliable availability.
• Experience with Net Health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist with weekend skilled admissions coverage.
• Maintain availability for Monday coverage and PTO support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health.
• Support residents in achieving functional mobility and independence goals.
