Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Geriatric or skilled nursing experience preferred; new grads welcome.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the rehab team.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
- Help residents maximize mobility, independence, and quality of life.
