Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, PA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN hours to support residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will perform PT evaluations, implement treatment plans, document care, and collaborate with the therapy and nursing teams to promote mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Pennsylvania is required.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting.
