Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• Continuing education per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and determine PT needs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise PT assistants and staff.
• Communicate progress with physicians and families.
• Complete compliant documentation.
