GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our Chicagoland team. This flexible role provides patient-centered care across diverse settings, with coverage for staff absences and variable volumes in Illinois clinics.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, an active Illinois PT license, and strong clinical and communication skills. Prior outpatient orthopedics or rehab experience and EMR familiarity are preferred. PRN schedule offers weekday hours with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DPT from an accredited program.
• Active Illinois PT license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinic environments and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations to assess functional limitations and establish treatment goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with regulatory standards
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain adherence to clinic policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
