Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Baccalaureate, Master's or Doctorate program in Physical Therapy accredited by a Physical Therapy accreditation.
• Current and unencumbered licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist within the state of employment.
• Two years of appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist; home health preferred.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization.
• Possess and maintain valid CPR with in-person practical skills evaluation.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
