Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab, based in Deerfield Beach, FL, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT, PT, RPT) to provide outpatient therapy in an assisted living community on a PRN basis.

Join our team to help older adults maintain independence and quality of life with compassionate, evidence-based care at one convenient location. A Florida PT license is required; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate) from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (PT).
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
