Job summary

A clinic specializing in speech therapy is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide flexible speech and language services as needed. Ideal for clinicians wanting to help during gaps in schedules while maintaining high standards of care. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized therapy goals, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should have a Master’s degree, valid Texas licensure, and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in pediatric settings is preferred, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pediatric setting preferred.
• Experience with feeding/swallowing therapy preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in and provide services for Auditory Processing Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and informal evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop measurable long- and short-term speech and language goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Keep accurate and meaningful data for each session.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Canva

Experience with EMR systems

Professional and timely communication

Strong interpersonal skills

Education

Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology

Valid Texas License in Speech-Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
