Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license (NC) is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled care as a PRN RN or LVN.
• Perform patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Follow physician orders and plan of care.
• Educate families and caregivers.
• Respond to changes in patient condition.
