This is a true PRN coverage role with maximum scheduling flexibility—no minimum shifts, and you can pick up days, nights, evenings, or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (FL) or LVN license (FL)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled 1:1 in-home nursing care as an RN or LVN
• Perform patient assessments and monitor condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
• Follow physician orders and plan of care
• Educate families and caregivers, and respond to changes in patient condition
