Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN daytime role at Regents Park of Jacksonville, FL. The position requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, a current state COTA license with NBCOT certification, and preferably 1 year of prior experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Assistance is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of prior COTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
