Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join its network in Lewiston, Maine. You will perform diagnostic imaging and collaborate with radiology staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds a state license in nuclear medicine, ARRT or NMTCB certification, and brings solid experience in imaging procedures, with a focus on quality, safety, and patient care. This assignment offers day shifts and a 12-week duration.

Qualifications

• Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, ARRT, or NMTCB Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required.
• Minimum six months to one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist required.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
• Current BCLS (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality imaging.
• Supports the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Performs and assists with nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.
