Qualifications

• Home care or home health nursing experience preferred.
• Supervisory visit experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicaid and state home care regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits in clients’ homes complying with regulatory requirements.
• Assess client conditions and communicate findings to leadership.
• Complete documentation accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Education

Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license in Georgia

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
