Job summary
Crawford Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role offers no minimum shift requirements and no obligation for weekends or holidays, with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.
New graduates are encouraged to apply. LPNs will provide direct nursing care, supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with physicians and families. On-demand pay is available daily.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license is required.
- Strong clinical assessment skills are expected.
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing environment.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities are essential.
- Compassionate approach to resident care is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies.
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
- Monitor and assess resident conditions.
- Respond appropriately to changes in condition and emergencies.
- Communicate with physicians, supervisors and families.
- Complete documentation accurately and timely.
- Participate in facility education and in-service programs.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
