Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or license eligible).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical condition, mobility, strength and flexibility.
• Provide therapy, education on exercises, posture and home routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress and plans of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
