HealthPro Heritage in Groton, CT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team serving adults in Groton and surrounding areas. You will assess patients, plan and deliver therapy, and educate patients and families on exercises and home routines.

We offer a full-time schedule with a competitive total pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a robust benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, 401K) plus access to CEU 360 for ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain; educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress and treatment plans; ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Compensation:

• Estimated total annual pay range: $99,840- $116,480
• Point Base Rate: $60-$70 per point
• Sign on Bonus: $10,000

• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Qualifications
