Job summary

South Florida Same Day Surgery Center in Pompano Beach, FL seeks a CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthesia care in a modern ambulatory setting. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule with Monday and Friday shifts and collaboration with a skilled surgical team.

You\'ll perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop plans, monitor during procedures, and maintain patient safety in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Prior CRNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MSN with nurse anesthesia specialization is required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Active APRN/CRNA license in good standing.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluate patients prior to procedures.
• Review patient histories and relevant clinical information.
• Develop and administer anesthesia plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor patients during the peri-anesthetic period.
• Maintain patient airway and respiratory status.
• Prepare anesthesia equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Document findings and assessments accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and surgical staff to ensure safe care.
