Responsibilities

• Delivers clinic material, picks up supplies and mail, and distributes to destinations and runs errands for the clinic as requested.
• Handles lab samples and medications safely while protecting health information.
• Verifies delivery information, including addresses and special instructions.
• Meets daily with supervisor to discuss special needs, problems, and assignments.
• Ensures proper maintenance of courier vehicle.
• Delivers all daily supplies to correct locations by end of shift.
• Evaluates traffic patterns, routes, and weather daily; operates the vehicle safely.
• Keeps up-to-date on mandated tasks and department communications.
