Job summary

Anchor Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team in South Carolina. The PRN role supports residents through treatment plans, rehab activities, and family education.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited COTA degree, SC license, and comfort in a fast-paced healthcare setting. An engaging work environment and opportunities for advancement within our sister facilities are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting preferred.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina COTA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with resident treatment plans.
• Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence.
• Encourage residents throughout rehab and recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
