Resolve Solutions-Harmony in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our Skilled Nursing facility.

This role offers flexible hours, a steady patient flow, and a collaborative rehab team. You’ll work under the OT and help residents improve daily living skills, documenting progress and contributing to a positive rehab environment.

Ideal candidates have Arizona COTA license and SNF experience.

Competenze

• Active COTA license in Arizona.
• SNF or rehab experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling.

Mansioni

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the OT.
