BrightSpring Health Services is looking for a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist in Fredericksburg, VA. This role offers a flexible PRN schedule and focuses on providing expert, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy and experience in community or hospice settings. The position provides various benefits, including medical, dental, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in community or hospice.
• Valid state license and current CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish goals and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain communication with treatment team, patient, and family.
• Document services provided for billing purposes.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
