Job summary

A national swim lesson provider is looking for experienced Private Swim Instructors to provide lessons in a fun and flexible environment. Instructors will have the freedom to set their schedules and work with clients in their local area. Candidates must have a positive attitude, CPR and First Aid certifications, and reliable transportation. The role offers competitive pay rates ranging from $40 to $60 per hour, with quick payouts after each lesson.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must clear a criminal background check.
• Must be based in the US with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons directly with clients based on your availability.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.
