Job summary

Dribbler Soccer seeks professional private soccer trainers to conduct 1-on-1 and group lessons for players of all ages. Trainers travel locally to parks, fields, or clients’ locations and set their own schedules with payments issued within 24 hours post-lesson.

Qualified applicants will have at least 2 years of coaching experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently while delivering engaging training. Equipment is provided by trainers as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional soccer coaching experience.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Must complete a criminal background check.
• Excellent communication with players and clients.
• Energetic, engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Bring your own soccer training equipment to lessons.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit availability.
• Travel to training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons.
• Provide the equipment needed to have a successful lesson.
• Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
