Job summary

Dribbler Soccer is expanding its team of professional private soccer trainers across the United States. Train players of all ages by visiting local parks, fields, or clients’ locations, and set your own schedule while earning competitive wages.

You'll travel within your area and receive payments within 24 hours after each lesson via PayPal or another method. We provide opportunities to customize lesson plans, track progress, and ensure safety, with support from Dribbler's network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Complete a clear criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills with players and clients.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Ability to provide own soccer training equipment for lessons.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
• Provide the equipment needed to have a successful lesson.
• Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
