Job summary

Dribbler Soccer is expanding its private trainer team in the United States. As a trainer, you'll travel to local parks or clients' locations, conduct private and group soccer lessons, and set your own schedule.

You’ll receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson via PayPal or another method, with the freedom to choose your clients and travel within your area. We seek experienced soccer coaches who can design tailored lesson plans, assess skill development, and keep players safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
• Complete a clear criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills to engage with players and clients.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality training.
• Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons.
• Provide the equipment needed for a successful lesson.
• Deliver a comprehensive, engaging learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about progress.
