Job summary

Dribbler Soccer is expanding its network of private soccer trainers across the United States. You’ll travel to local parks or client locations to conduct private and group lessons, with the freedom to set your own schedule and to receive payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

We seek experienced coaches with a minimum of 2 years coaching soccer, reliable transportation, and the ability to coordinate with families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years coaching or training soccer players of any age.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Clear criminal background check completed.
• Strong communication with players and clients.
• Energetic, engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Ability to provide your own training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit availability.
• Travel to clients’ preferred training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to players’ abilities and goals.
• Assess skills, track progress, and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide necessary equipment for lessons.
• Deliver an engaging and enjoyable learning experience.
• Ensure player safety during training sessions.
• Communicate progress with parents, clients, or caregivers.
