Job summary

Dribbler is seeking professional private soccer trainers to conduct private and group lessons across the United States. You’ll travel to clients’ locations within your area, set your own schedule, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson via PayPal or other methods.

As part of Dribbler, you’ll design tailored training plans, ensure safety, and help players improve skills and confidence while building your own soccer instruction business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
• Must complete a clear criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills to engage with players and clients.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality training.
• Provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
• Provide the necessary equipment for lessons.
• Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
