Vitora Healthcare in Hermiston, OR is seeking an MD/DO Primary Care Physician for on-site care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The schedule is light—about 3-4 days per month—with no nights or on-call coverage, supported by executive backing and AI-assisted EHR for speed.

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed to practice in Oregon.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics.
• SNF/long-term care experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work 3–4 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site primary care in SNF/long-term care facilities.
• Round on patients, manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and facility leadership.
• Document efficiently with AI-integrated EHR.
