Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior childcare, preschool, or teaching experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 30 pounds and pass a full background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for preschool-aged children.
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to implement lesson plans and daily routines.
• Support children during daily activities and transitions, fostering security and belonging.
