Job summary

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery.
• Active DEA license.
• Board certified or board eligible (PMHNP-BC or PA-C).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervising psychiatrist.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely health records in the EHR.
• Deliver medication management and psychotherapy per standard of care.
• Refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other treatments as needed.
• These responsibilities are not all inclusive.
