Ready 4 Work is actively seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our network of healthcare providers in California. You will evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans, and provide high-quality rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and function.

In this role you will supervise therapy staff, document progress, and maintain clear communication with patients, families, physicians, and teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a CAPTE-accredited degree.
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise therapy staff and provide leadership.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for helping patients achieve rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, treating, and developing individualized care plans for patients.
• Providing high-quality rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and function.
• Supervising and mentoring physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Maintaining positive communication with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams.
• Staying up to date with the latest physical therapy practices and techniques.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare and OSHA standards.
• Participating in facility meetings, training sessions, and in-service education.
