Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide training to individuals and staff on therapeutic exercises and mobility interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document services in accordance with Medicaid standards.
• Support day program staff in implementing physical therapy strategies.
• Participate in assessments and team meetings for individual service plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in physical therapy.
