Flagship Rehabilitation in Washington, DC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Must have an active PTA license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
