Pawfect Pet Sitter is a premium, team-based pet sitting and dog walking company serving families in the North Phoenix Valley. We are growing our Pet Care Team and hiring a dependable, confident, and professional dog walker and pet sitter to join us.

This role requires real schedule flexibility and availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You will start with paid shadow training, learn our tools, and earn Pet CPR Certification within your first 3 months, with strong support from a backup

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual.
• Clear communication with clients and team.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
• Comfort handling dogs of all sizes and cats.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily check-ins, dog walks, and in-home visits.
• Care for dogs, cats, and other pets per care instructions.
• Send visit summaries with photos and notes after each visit.
• Communicate quickly with office and clients.
