Pawfect Pet Sitter is a premium, team-based pet care company serving Cave Creek, Anthem and North Phoenix. We are growing our Pet Care Team and seeking a dependable, confident dog walker and pet sitter for part-time, real work with training and support from a company that has your back.

This role requires real responsibility, availability across key blocks, and professional conduct in clients’ homes. If you value flexible part-time work, read on.

Qualifications

• Availability for at least 2 of 3 daily time blocks (7:00–9:00, 11:00–14:00, 16:00–19:00).
• Live within 10 miles of Cave Creek, North Scottsdale or surrounding area.
• Pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily check-ins, dog walks, and pet sitting visits in clients’ homes.
• Care for dogs, cats and other pets following detailed instructions.
• Send visit summaries with photos and notes after each visit.
• Communicate clearly with office team and clients.
• Use scheduling apps and visit-tracking tools for logging.
• Represent Pawfect Pet Sitter professionally in clients’ homes.
• Complete shadow training with an experienced team member.
• Earn Pet CPR Certification within your first 3 months.
