Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Personal Training certification from a nationally recognized organization required; BLS within 90 days.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and provide one-on-one training without direct supervision.
• Must demonstrate competencies to the personal training supervisor prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Trains members on an individual, fee-for-service basis.
• Conducts initial client assessments and designs personalized exercise programs.
• Instructs clients on safe and effective training techniques.
• Leads group clinics and educational sessions for members.
• Maintains accurate records of client sessions and progress.
• Delivers training services at designated locations per guidelines.
