Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support an elderly male Veteran in Paxton, IL. The role covers bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help him stay independent at home.

It is a long-term, part-time position (10 hours per week) with flexible scheduling once agreed. Compensation is $25/hour total, comprised of a $21/hour base plus a $4/hour bonus when all shifts are completed in the pay period. The job starts soon and requires caregiver experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• We can train on the specifics of the job.
• Background check will be performed.
• TB skin test required and cost details provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help the client stay independent at home.
• Follow the agreed schedule; maintain reliability and safety during care visits.
