Qualifications
- Active RN license (MI or Compact)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing
- Reliable transportation to facilities
- Willing to undergo background and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Use EMR PCC to record patient data and vitals
- Assess resident health and identify changes needing intervention
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
- Monitor outcomes and communicate with physicians and team
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members
- Ensure compliance with policies, infection control and regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
