Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record patient information and vital signs in EMR Matrix.
• Assess resident health status and identify changes needing nursing intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments per physician orders.
• Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
