Job summary

@Home Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home therapy throughout Brooklyn. This per diem independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to build a caseload in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include following the supervising PT's plans, improving patients' strength and mobility, educating on exercises, documenting sessions accurately, and coordinating progress with the supervising therapist.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in New York.
• Experience or ability to provide in-home therapy.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Follow established plans of care.
• Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising therapist.
