Job summary

The Shores, a UMC community, in Ocean City, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist Per Diem to oversee rehabilitation services, assign cases to staff, and ensure high-quality resident care. NJ licensure is required with experience in sub-acute or home care beneficial, and Net Health Therapy familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited therapy program.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Experience with adults in sub-acute and/or home care setting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate.
• Experience with Net Health Therapy platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation services to ensure high quality of resident care.
• Assign cases and tasks to staff.
• Ensure proper care delivery by guiding assessments and matching services to client needs.
• Monitor program quality and outcomes.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Complies with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
