Avita Care Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to appropriately package and dispense prescribed drugs, handle physician calls, log data into the computer, and perform Rx workflow processing in Attleboro, MA (163 Pleasant Street). The role supports fill-ins for the Pharmacist-in-Charge and collaboration with clinic providers while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high quality pharmaceutical care.

• Pharmacist licensed in good standing in Massachusetts.
• 1+ year of full-time retail or clinic pharmacy experience preferred.
• 340B/FQHC experience preferred; AAHIVP a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Fill-in for Pharmacist-in-Charge or Staff Pharmacist as needed.
• Manage pharmacy operations and ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Dispense, order, and maintain inventory of drugs and supplies.
• Collaborate with physicians to discuss incompatibilities.
• Consult with clinic providers and other personnel as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and HIPAA.
