Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and facility procedures.
• Accurately document medication administration.
• Maintain medication records and follow proper protocols.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with resident care when extra help is needed.
• Support safety, comfort, mobility, and other care needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents and facility staff.
