The compensation ranges from $37–$42 per hour for LPNs and $45–$50 per hour for RNs, with no set shift and shifts as needed. Formación

• Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or a multistate compact license with NH authority.
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents during night and weekend shifts.
