Responsibilities

• Manage medications and coordinate pharmacy orders.
• Create and update patient’s Plan of Care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in documentation.
• Facilitate patient consents and EOB explanations.
• Coordinate clinical communications with MDs and IDG.
